I was in Biennale 2003 – Venice part I – dreams and conflicts
Like Dreams, there are some visionary places on earth, one of this are the Biennale of Venice.
I went last year with a friend of mine, I like so much this kind of exhibition because there is a lot of inspirational stimuli. A good and pleasant wind inside mind and hearth.
Excerpt from the Biennale web site:
“Dreams and Conflicts – The Dictatorship of the Viewer, the 50th International Art Exhibition directed by Francesco Bonami closed on Sunday 2nd November, 2003, with a record number of visitors. The exhibition aimed to propose diversity in contemporary art through a multiplicity of languages.
Biennale di Venezia’s 50th International Art Exhibition presents an “exhibition of exhibitions” throughout the spaces of the Arsenale, the historic Giardini della Biennale, the Museo Correr in San Marco, and various projects within the city of Venice to be included in the section Interludes, making it bigger than any previous Biennale Exhibitions.”
